Our service is free of charge to tenants. No letting fees will be charged

One week unless otherwise required by landlord

Three to four weeks rental, paid via us to Tenancy Services

Selection Process

We aim to find the best possible tenants so part of our selection process involves reference and credit checks 

Inspections

Initial inspection prior to tenancy, recommended three monthly during tenancy, final inspection

Inspections can be more or less frequent than three monthly as required. If you are a great tenant and look after the property well a six monthly inspection may be all that is needed

Inspections include photos and a written report given to both tenant and landlord 

Ending Tenancy

If you are vacating a property we try to keep your privacy as a priority and where possible will hold just one open day per week for prospective new tenants

As per your tenancy agreement we expect that you will leave the property in the condition you found it, absolutely clean and tidy, and all keys to be returned
